PATTERN NOTES 
The Tiltawhirl Cowl is knit in the round from the bottom up. The cowl features a stretchy stitch pattern that adds an element of interest to an otherwise simple project. Knit with just one skein of Classic Shades Frenzy, you'll want to make on in every color!
